This blog will serve as a journal over the next year as I work on my Impact Project for my leadership class. I will share my thoughts, ideas and feelings relating to the project as well as to my course work on team building and confrontational skills. I am very excited for my leadership skills to develop and grow as I work with my team to create a purposeful project that will leave a lasting impact on our community.
